These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services purchased via cvhelp.ch, operated by batthub GmbH, including but not limited to CV checks, CV makeovers, interview preparation, and career coaching.By purchasing a service on this website, users agree to these terms. Any deviations are valid only if confirmed in writing by batthub GmbH.

2. Scope of Services

Each service (e.g. CV review, redesign, or coaching session) is defined in its respective product description or confirmed by email after purchase.
Services are provided digitally and often include personalized feedback from experienced recruiters.

Please note: batthub GmbH / cvhelp is not a recruitment agency and does not guarantee job placement or interviews. We provide professional support to improve your application materials.

3. Client Responsibilities

To complete the services as promised, clients must submit the required materials (e.g. CVs, job listings, career goals) accurately and on time.
For some services, additional collaboration (e.g. filling out a short questionnaire) may be required. Delays in submission may affect delivery timelines.

4. Fees and Payment Terms

All prices on cvhelp.ch are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include VAT, unless otherwise noted.
Payment is due in full at the time of ordering and can be made through the supported online payment methods.

batthub GmbH reserves the right to update prices at any time; however, services will be charged at the rate shown at the time of purchase.

5. Delivery & Cancellations

Services are typically delivered within 1 to 3 business days, depending on the package purchased.
Due to the personalized nature of our work, refunds are not possible once the service has begun.

6. Confidentiality and Data Protection

All customer data and submitted documents are treated with strict confidentiality.
batthub GmbH processes personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

7. Liability

batthub GmbH is not liable for hiring outcomes, such as whether a client receives an interview or job offer.
We are responsible only for delivering the agreed service with professional care. Liability for delays caused by the client, force majeure, or technical issues is excluded.

8. Intellectual Property

All templates, materials, and deliverables created by cvhelp remain the intellectual property of batthub GmbH.
Clients may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Redistribution or resale is prohibited without prior written consent.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All legal matters are governed by Swiss law.
The place of jurisdiction is Bern, Switzerland, unless a different legal jurisdiction is required by law.
